ADR Center is committed to serving the labor-management community in the administration of grievance arbitration, mediation, fact-finding and interest arbitration. We have been written into significant numbers of public and private sector contracts and continue to administer growing numbers of labor cases.
Our Roster of Labor Neutrals consists of skilled individuals whose experience, objectivity and impartiality make them exceptionally well qualified to serve in that capacity.
We have developed our own Labor rules, which are available for use by the parties. We can also administer cases arising under the rules of any organization identified in an existing contract, or as the parties may agree.
