How Do I File A Case?
Complete the Demand for Arbitration (if 1 party) or Submission Form (if all parties) and send to Admin@ADRCenter.net. Be sure to include your email address, telephone number, a copy of the contract, and payment.
How Do I Make Payment?
Payment is required per our fee schedules upon filing a new case or as invoices are rendered for arbitrator’s fees or additional case administration costs on an existing case.
Once you submit your form, you will receive a secure payment page with an option to pay via ACH or credit card.
How Are Arbitrators Selected?
Upon the filing of a new case, we provide the parties with a list of neutral arbitrators together with their bios, each selected based upon their knowledge and expertise in the particular practice area. The parties then rank the arbitrators, or may choose to remove an arbitrator from the list. We then select the arbitrator(s) based upon the parties’ joint ranking.
Are Arbitration Decisions Final?
An arbitrator’s decision constitutes a full and final award, without appeal. Only a limited judicial review may apply, by statute.
What Kind of Cases Do You Handle?
Now in our 25th year, we have successfully handled thousands of cases, large and small. While we administer a wide range of cases, most involve business disputes of all types, be it breach of contract, collections, franchise, partnership or employment, as well as labor disputes between unions and employers pursuant to a collective bargaining agreement.
Are Hearings in Person or Virtual?
While most hearings are conducted virtually, they may be in person, virtual or on the papers, as the parties may agree.
