Construction Arbitration

ADR Center’s goal is to provide the construction industry with a means of resolving disputes which is generally swifter, less costly, more confidential and less formal than adjudicating disputes in the courts.

Our construction panel of experienced arbitrators and mediators consists of contractors, engineers, architects, consultants, developers and construction law attorneys with experience in virtually every type of construction claim.

We have developed our own Construction Rules which are available for use by the parties. We can also administer cases arising under the rules of any organization identified in an existing AIA or other contract, as the parties may agree.
